Baking has always been a passion of mine. I began baking at 5 years old with my mother who raised me. We would spend countless hours in the kitchen baking cookies, cakes, and other amazing desserts. Even after my mother passed away in 2002 I continued baking and began creating desserts and recreating some basic classic recipes.

Here I will share my favorite recipes from my collection and some of my favorites I discover as I go along. Hope you enjoy these as much as i do!
